Hunt Club Estate

Strucco joined the Hunt Club project as a foundation contractor, initially brought in to redesign the foundation system for a large custom home. Impressed by Strucco’s skill and problem-solving abilities, the homeowner decided to hand over the entire project to the team, turning it into a major remodel of a two-story house. The result was a breathtaking rebuild, almost entirely from the ground up, blending beautiful architecture with smart engineering.

The project came with some tough challenges. One of the biggest was fitting a 14-foot LED-lit dome into the ceiling after the roof and second floor were already built. To make it work, Strucco worked closely with the structural engineer and architect to redesign the ceiling and seamlessly incorporate the dome into the structure. The team also installed a special foundation system to support a massive bronze statue, proving their ability to tackle complex structural needs.
